What happens after I have decided to have my website built by EagleSuccess?
A: Once you have spoken with a EagleSuccess consultant, you will receive an electronic copy of our Website Planner document. A simple planning tool designed to help you collate and organize the content appearing in your new website. If you are unsure of the correct package for your business or require some presales assistance, we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the project at our office or at any other location of your choice. Once the website planner has been finalized and all of the accompanying artwork has been received, our graphics team will begin preparing a concept design for your website.

Will I know how to populate, maintain and update my website once it is complete?
A: It depends on the type of project you have requested, if is a static web pages, someone from our company or anyone of your choice will have to update it for you; but if is a dynamic websites, our Starter Kit comes with a detailed user manual that clearly describes all of the available functionality.

If I don’t want to update my own website content, can EagleSuccess do it for me?
A: Of course! We offer a range of maintenance plans designed to save you time and ensure that your website is constantly reflecting a fresh look with the most up to date content.

Do I need to purchase a domain name?
A: EagleSuccess consultants will expect that you have your domain name secured already, if not, they may help you to find one and it may require a fee that is different from the service you are about to receive.

What if I already have a domain name?
A: No problem! We’ll gladly upload all the content to your existing domain name site free of charge. Once you have selected a web hosting service which will allow EagleSuccess Webpage Design Services full access to the website and a cgi-bin directory via FTP and telnet. You must further understand that if the web hosting service’s operating system is not a Unix system, standard CGI software may not work, and providing a substitute may incur additional charges.

How long will it take to build a Web site?
A: The development time depends on the requirements of your website. Website projects can range from two(2) weeks to a number of months. We will make every effort to meet agreed upon due dates. The Client should be aware that failure to submit required information or materials may cause subsequent delays in the production. Client delays could result in significant delays in delivery of finished work.
